Qi Consulting has extensive and deep practical experience of providing services to local government organisations, including education and provides consultancy advice and support to local authorities and their partners across the UK. We have direct experience of the wide range of challenges in local authorities. Our consultants have contributed to the development of government policy and so have an in-depth understanding of the issues. Many are familiar with the special nature of the local government statutory and environmental environment, and with the use of the methods and techniques that are components of (and have emerged from) the SOCITM 'Insight' scheme.
