| | Where we started from | | Chris Innes and Kevin Considine set up Qi Consulting in 1996; both are former civil servants and both had run CCTA's (now part of OGC) Strategic Assignments Consultancy Service. At the time Chris and Kevin identified an increasing demand from public sector clients for high quality consultants from the private sector - whether former senior civil servants or other experienced public sector-facing consultants. |
