Chris Innes, Director
Chris is one of the founder directors of Qi Consulting. He has 25 years experience of information systems and technology. He holds an honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Brighton and has passed the British Computer Society Examinations (MBCS). His information systems experience ranges from applications development and IT management to strategy development and business management.

Kevin Considine, Director
Kevin is one of the founder directors of Qi Consulting. He has substantial experience of consultancy management; leading teams in high profile environments through significant periods of change; project and contract management and developing IS/IT strategies. For the last five years he has been at the leading edge of Government outsourcing and cost reduction policies.

Callum G Bartlett, Business Development/Service Manager
Callum has over 35 years experience in IT in both the public and private sectors. He is responsible for developing new business and for the Qi strategy for the Public Sector and in particular is responsible for ensuring that the consultancy services offered by Qi are fully aligned with the increasing demand for service delivery across a "joined-up" government market.

Nicola Innes, Business/Service Manager
Nicola is the Business/Service Manager for Qi Consulting, who has been involved with Qi Consulting from its inception. Nicola has a first degree in History and Sociology from Southampton, an MSc in Advanced Information Technology and is a Qualified PRINCE2 practitioner. Nicola is a member of the Association of Project Managers, the British Computer Society (BCS) and is an active member of the Intellect eGovernment Group.

Frank Lovell, Service Manager
Frank joined Qi Consulting in late 2006 from a consultancy background. He has over twenty years’ public sector experience of IS/IT and three years' commercial sector audit experience. Frank’s IS/IT experience is broad ranging though in recent years he has specialised in programme and project management. He has a track record of applying MSP and PRINCE2 disciplines on a diverse range of programmes and projects. Frank holds a BSc Honours degree in Accountancy from the University of East Anglia.

Chris Zarebski, Service Manager
Chris graduated from the LSE and has an MBA from Henley Management College. He is a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultancy. Chris’s consulting career has covered the public, transportation and financial services sectors. He has worked at Ernst & Young, Capita and Oakleigh. Chris specialises in strategic analysis and planning, performance improvement and programme management. He has wide experience of change, BPR and cost reduction projects.

Stephen Innes, Service Manager
Stephen joined Qi Consulting in September 2008 and has a BA Hons degree in Business Administration which he gained from the University of Portsmouth. Since joining Qi Consulting Stephen has taken on a variety of roles, and is now part of the Qi Consulting Service Management Team. Stephen is also in the process of becoming the Qi Consulting website administrator and developer.

Krystyna Ostaszewska, Accounts & Finance
Krystyna has over 20 years experience of managing the accounting function for a number of small to medium sized organisations. She has been responsible for finance, invoicing and the accounting function at Qi Consulting since 2007.
